Are you a Game Master who spends hours creating adventures, NPCs, and monsters? A player who struggles to remember that mysterious stranger from fourteen sessions ago?

We're building something for both of you.

Overseer gives Game Masters the tools to create and manage their adventures.

Explorer gives players a persistent record of their characters, discoveries, inventory, and adventures.

BETA WORKS

We're looking for real gaming tables, playing real adventures, to help us put RealmsWyrks through its paces!

You don't need to be a programmer or software expert. You just need a regular gaming group and a willingness to try something new.

🏰 FOR GAME MASTERS —
OVERSEER

Create the Adventure. Run the Game. Shape the World.

As the GM/DM, you'll use RealmsWyrks Overseer to:

  • Create or recreate an adventure using Overseer's authoring tools.

  • Populate your adventure with NPCs, Monsters, Items, and other elements.

  • Use Overseer during your regular gaming sessions.

  • Report bugs, identify confusing features, and tell us what works — and what doesn't.

Device required: A compatible tablet.

⚔️ FOR PLAYERS — EXPLORER

Create Your Character. Live the Adventure. Remember the Story.

As a player, you'll use RealmsWyrks Explorer to:

  • Create your character using the Character Creator.

  • Use Explorer during your regular gaming sessions.

  • Manage your character's inventory and explore their growing Codex of discoveries.

  • Report bugs, share suggestions, and tell us about your experience.

**Device required: A compatible smartphone.

RealmsWyrks is designed to be system-agnostic. We're actively seeking groups playing different tabletop RPG systems to help us evaluate how well it works across different rulesets.

📝 TELL US WHAT YOU THINK

At the end of the testing period, every participant must complete a feedback questionnaire.

We want your genuine experience — good, bad, and downright ugly!

Completing all participation requirements qualifies you for your complimentary RealmsWyrks software when the applicable edition is released.

No purchase necessary. No programming experience required. Just your regular gaming table and a willingness to help us build something better.

✅ WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

We're looking for established tabletop RPG groups ready to help put RealmsWyrks to the test!

🎲 YOUR GAMING GROUP

  • Your group must have at least five regular participants, including one GM/DM.

  • Your group must meet in person for regular gaming sessions.

  • Every participant must register individually.

  • All participants must be willing to use RealmsWyrks during the agreed beta-testing period.

📱 DEVICE REQUIREMENTS

Game Masters / Dungeon Masters

  • Must have access to a compatible tablet.

  • RealmsWyrks Overseer will be tablet-only during beta testing.

Players

  • Must each have access to a compatible smartphone.

  • RealmsWyrks Explorer will be phone-only during beta testing.

Specific operating-system and device compatibility requirements will be provided before testing begins.

🔞 AGE REQUIREMENTS

All participants must be at least 18 years old AND have reached the legal age of majority in their place of residence.

📋 PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for your complimentary software, you must:

  • Provide your name and a valid email address.

  • Meet all eligibility and device requirements.

  • Agree to the Beta Testing Terms and Conditions.

  • Complete your assigned GM or Player activities during the testing period.

  • Complete and submit the mandatory end-of-test questionnaire.

Failure to complete the required activities or questionnaire means you will not qualify for the complimentary software.

Participants who successfully complete all beta requirements will receive:

  • GMs: RealmsWyrks Overseer ADVANCED — FREE.

  • Players: RealmsWyrks Explorer UNLIMITED — FREE.

Complimentary software will be provided when the applicable edition becomes available for public distribution.

Registration does not guarantee acceptance into the beta program. We are currently collecting expressions of interest, and selected participants will receive further instructions when testing is ready to begin.
