At Studio Drachenspiel, we believe your personal information belongs to you.

Your name and email address are not commodities. We collect them to communicate with you about RealmsWyrks beta testing, not to profit from distributing your personal information to others.

When you register your interest in the RealmsWyrks Beta Testing Program, we may collect:

Your gaming group or table name.
Whether you participate as a GM/DM or Player.
The tabletop roleplaying systems your group uses.
The number of regular participants in your group.
Your device type, make, model, or operating system, if provided.
Your confirmation that you meet the age requirements.
Your acknowledgment of the Beta Testing Terms and Privacy Notice.
If you are subsequently selected for beta testing, we may also collect testing-related information, including participation records, bug reports, questionnaire responses, and feedback.
We do not request your date of birth, government identification, financial information, or home address as part of ordinary beta recruitment.
3. Why We Collect This Information
Your information is collected to:
Review applications and determine eligibility for beta testing.
Identify and coordinate participating gaming groups.
Contact applicants regarding recruitment and selection.
Arrange beta testing and distribute testing instructions.
Evaluate software compatibility and usability.
Collect and analyze feedback.
Determine whether participants have completed the requirements for complimentary software.
Contact eligible participants regarding reward distribution.
We will not use your beta registration information to send unrelated promotional emails unless you separately consent to receive them.
4. How We Store and Protect Your Information
Our registration website is hosted using Squarespace.
Information submitted through our registration form may be processed and stored using Squarespace and the form-storage services configured by Studio Drachenspiel .

We take reasonable steps to restrict access to personal information and protect it against unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or loss.
Access to beta registration information is limited to individuals who need it to administer the Program.

Studio Drachenspiel does not sell personal information.

6. Marketing Communications
Registering your interest in beta testing does not automatically subscribe you to promotional mailing lists.
We may contact you about your registration, potential selection, testing schedules, participation requirements, and complimentary software eligibility.
Promotional communications about unrelated Studio Drachenspiel products, offers, or campaigns will require a separate appropriate basis for consent.
If you choose to receive promotional communications, you may withdraw that consent using the unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting us.
7. How Long We Keep Your Information
Beta Recruitment Applicants
Personal information submitted by applicants who are not selected for beta testing will be retained for up to 12 months following the official closure of beta recruitment.
This provides a consistent retention period for all applicants, regardless of their original registration date.
Information may be deleted earlier upon request, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Accepted Beta Testers
Information belonging to accepted beta testers will be retained as necessary to administer testing, evaluate participation, distribute complimentary software entitlements, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.
A specific retention schedule for accepted beta testers will be established before formal enrollment.
Once information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Marketing Communications
Beta registration does not automatically subscribe participants to RealmsWyrks promotional mailing lists. Separate consent will be obtained where required for unrelated marketing communications.
